Rad Ayasuke's super delicious curry...with secret recipe...!!
Rad and cute versatile model Aya "Ayasuke" Hasegawa has the
magical recipient of her "homemade" curry with secret spice...
that she often have them and her mother often made it for her family....
Many people loves Japanese curry that is similar to original one from
India but different in recipes with spice, ingredients and methods....
Sometimes, the each families in JPN has their own or original ones...
because of their preferences...Ayasuke's one is also..
Alright, let's move to cook the curry!!
Firstly...she cut the onions similar to mince but not same as do...
(first, cut the onions following the line over it and sever the half...
and nearly mince...)
After that, the carrots, potatoes, eggplants (especially for summer)
and, of course, pork are cut as rough (as you see the video, the
sizes of them are not compact...to enjoy the tastes of themselves)
Secondly, she stirred the pork ones in the pot...to burn them not too much
but half-completely.
After be done, Carrots and potatoes that has hard stuffs are in the
pot to nearly fly...and finally, eggplants that are soft...were on the whole
ingredients of pot..with the water that was nearly covered but completely
didn't....as you don't hid or covered whole ingredients(about a half of ordinary cup)
In this moment, the one of secrets and original recipes is revealed....
she prepared some canister of tomatoes...to mix the half of them
with stuffs in pot.
Tomato pastes make curry very tasty and suitable to eat in Summer...
It should stir in proper time which is the best to eat an be tasteful for
your tongue...by trying it.
After all, she put the curry stuffs in the pot....by 2 of 4 divided sets firstly,
and just mixed and stewed until the whole materials were melted...
(I recommended you to melt the cube of curry on the big spoon...and
mix with the stuffs in the pot...) She also added the spice of curry lil bit....
as piquancy for her own...to boost the spicy one...it depends on your
favors...

that is....the "powders of coffee for instant one"!?
This makes curry so mellifluous and tasteful....as she said without
any reason or fact but her mother did that to "enchant" it....
The instant coffee one that was retailed in some supermarkets
is suitable enough and OK to mix. She put them into pot in..."one or two
times...in little amount"...and stewed in a short time enough to cook...
