"Horrific advertisement of plastic surgery...!?"

Can you guess what the purpose is the advertisement? Promotional one for Seaside vacation? Some enlightenment? 

 

This is the commercial of plastic surgery in 1970's. With echoed catchy refrains and sensationally flashy effects of huge logos "Hagiya Seikei(はぎや整形, Hagiya Plastic surgery), it is so impactful for us as modern people to see. I didn't know whether the advertisement had impact or effect to allure the potential customers or patients or not. Anyway, this short video was so shocking and memorably impressive.
