Millstone pulverizing the Soba grains...
In this August...my parents and I went to this...
soba restaurant which has lots of reputation for
their good tastes of soba noodles and...Chi-Ayu...
the tiny sweetfish which was cooked in Tempura...
Of course, the cuisines are so delicious...without mentioning.
However, for the foreigners who wanna visit Japan....
this millstone...which pulverized and divided the soba grains
into powders and husks...attracts you so much as Japanese traditional
and manhandle machine...!!
Oh, I was lil bit in this pic...of course, it's not me, or you guys please
believe this is not me but just somebody who took a picture of...hahaha.
