Racing Lagoon / South Yokohama / 1999

Racing Lagoon is the legendarily recognized racing game by Square Enix. This is the first racing one by Square which is so known for their long-term popular series Final Fantasy. The game featured the atmospheres of street racers in Yokohama where is one of the popular urban and coastal areas with some skyscrapers  in Japan. 

With the unlimited and eccentric tuned-up varieties and unique texting styles for characters, this one is still fervently popular and has lots of fans in the long run. Moreover, the soundtracks are also moody that really matched the depictions of game so much.
