Daredevil Smokey Nagata had unofficial record in UK of....

Do you know who is the fastest and worst record holder of speeding in United Kingdom? British? No, this fearless and crazy Japanese is the answer.

Smoky Nagata, famous mechanics and car tuner in Japan who formerly scurried the highway with his monstrously tuned vehicles, visited U.K. in the first time with his boosted Toyota Supra and his close friend as editor of famous periodical "Option" which is still published and popular to freaks of tuning cars.  Did he enjoy driving and cruising the freeway there? Actually, No. His primary purpose was to choke up the speed record in Europe.

In the rainy-remained condition, Smoky was not satisfied and confident to break the fastest record there. Nevertheless, he accelerated his Supra and reach nearly 300km/h. The exhaust note and squeal by tire were so rancorous like wolf. The flashy video was so thrilling like "the Fast and the Furious". The off-guard shooting was so successful for them. However, the worst nightmare was set to come.

After his satisfaction, the police officers never missed this kind of transgression. He was chased by them shortly and finally pulled over in the sideway. Unfortunately, Smoky could not speak English well. He was so confused by angry or outraged officers and needed some serious helps of translator but never realized. Besides, his company fled surreptitiously and left Smoky despite his interrogation.

Afterwards, he got apprehended by extreme speeding and spent the time in jail for several days. Supra was impounded by them. Consequently, he was deported from U.K. and possibly fined heavily. Fortunately anyway, they could went back to Japan.

After several years from the nightmare, Smoky got the trip again in U.K. without any high-performance cars and, of course, dangerous purposes in freeway. He was invited by the tuning car show in Birmingham as guest. In spite of his notorious speeding transgression, he was so eminent as the fastest guy in highway for some visitors in the event. People in U.K. wanted to greet him, even police officers jokingly try to interrogate him falsely with curiosity.
